You pay return postage; original delivery charges are not refunded for change of mind. There is no cancellation or packing-and-handling fee. Rights for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods remain unaffected. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the original dispatch warehouse address. The administration office is not the returns warehouse. Keep your receipt or order confirmation. We cannot process purchases from unrelated third-party retailers. We aim to process refunds within 24 to 48 hours after receiving and checking the return, normally through the original payment method. Account credit is used only if you request it.
