Refunds & returns

Change-of-mind returns are available within 15 days of purchase with original packaging and proof of purchase. You pay return postage; original delivery charges are not refunded for change of mind. There is no cancellation or packing-and-handling fee. Rights for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods remain unaffected.
Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the original dispatch warehouse address. The administration office is not the returns warehouse.
Keep your receipt or order confirmation. We cannot process purchases from unrelated third-party retailers. We aim to process refunds within 24 to 48 hours after receiving and checking the return, normally through the original payment method. Account credit is used only if you request it.
Cancel or change an order
Contact us promptly, preferably within 12 hours. Orders can be cancelled until packing and dispatch begins. There is no cancellation fee. If dispatch has started, follow the returns process.
Damaged, incorrect or missing orders
Contact us promptly with your order reference and details of the problem. Faulty-goods remedies are not limited by the change-of-mind conditions. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that applicable Canadian provincial or territorial law makes mandatory.
