Delivery across Canada takes 5 to 7 days after 24 to 48 hours of handling. Standard delivery is free from C$75 after discounts, otherwise C$22. The optional express service costs C$22 at every order value; contact us for its delivery estimate.

The free-delivery threshold is based on the goods total after discounts. Delivery charges are shown before payment. The valued-customer code reduces goods prices by 15%; it does not waive the delivery fee.

We email tracking information after dispatch. Items from one purchase may travel in separate parcels. Times are estimates and remote destinations may take longer.

Contact us before ordering for delivery outside Canada or if you need an item by a particular date. We do not promise a faster express arrival without a confirmed estimate.
